Value addition - Keeping oneself happy and finding ways to reach it

• Me : A healthy physic. A fun social identity. A great professional career. A secure future. Alas! I almost have had it all.
• Self-musing : What else do I need
• Me : A younger self would be better, eh!
• Self-musing : Only if you would have taken care at the right time.
• Me : I had priorities!
• Self-musing : Well, this could have been one as well
• Me : Ok. So now it is. Now what! What can we do?
• Self-musing : Well, yes. Lets do some research and see what’s possible!
• Me : Yes. That’s a good start!

Sounds similar! Doesn't it. Well, it so very is.

Today majority of us Millennials and Gen Z have the best that the current modern life has to offer. Party to this life fact, there is an equally vital underbelly which is showing itself out in the open. Visible changes in how important the outer self is and is perceived, by self and by equally mortal souls around. There has been a distinct transition in how ones looks were perceived in prior generations Vs are perceived in the current generations.

The zeal of looking ones age or rather in many cases, younger than one actually is, has only grown multi-fold. Professional success. Personal satisfaction. The feeling of being the God of ones creation. As is said in the popular discourse – being the Brahmha (the creator) of one’s own life universe – the Brahmhand (ब्रह्माण्ड), has been the acceptable thought process of the human mind towards which one oscillates.

The self-musing has a place in this universe of ones life. And a so very important one for that matter. Many similar experiences have we gone through over the millennia of moments we have had in this journey of realisation. One such self-musing that lead to one of the many transformation stories in the making at Advanced Hair Studio was that of the journey of Mr. Mohamed. Having had the best of a lot that life has to offer, his wish to get himself more was where our paths crisscrossed.
